These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to 520db and all related services, websites and applications. By accessing the 520db platform or using any of its services, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms. 3.2 Withdrawals

Your account verification must be complete before you can withdraw your winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. In urgent situations or during an ongoing verification process, this timeframe may increase slightly.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

520db offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15x the total bonus amount must be met (15x wagering requirement).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by 520db.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a bonus is cancelled after being accepted, related winnings may be voided.
• In cases of bonus abuse, 520db reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

4.3 Other Promotions

• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Based on your gaming activity, you have the opportunity to progress to higher VIP tiers over time. VIP rewards are calculated each week and credited to your account after a set processing period.

6.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 520db platform to ensure fair play:

• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards by colluding with other players.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional offers.
• Exploiting any technical bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means on the platform (money laundering).

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and bet type. 520db reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Additional verification may be required for unusually high bets.

6.3 Technical Issues

• Being identified as a minor.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy, provided the closure was not due to a breach of these Terms.
